I’m Katelyn

I was born and raised in Maryland. Horses and camping with friends and family has been my lifestyle for the majority of my life. I now am blessed to share my interests with my 3 children and soon to be husband!

Relationship with Horses

My life has always been consumed by horses since the day I was born, they've been in my family for generations. There has never been a time in my life I have not owned horses! I currently have two, my heart horse Bo and Star <3

Photography

I grew up alongside the rise of new technology and photography. My mom always had a film camera in hand, capturing my childhood and inspired me to start taking photos of everything on my flip phone. In middle school I received my first pocket sized camera, later upgrading and learning to shoot in manual mode as I studied light and composition. I was then gifted the camera I use today, and since then my passion has only grown, not just for taking photos but for creating meaningful moments and preserving memories that tell a story.

Interesting Fact

I proudly served in the United States Army and was stationed at Fort Wainwright in Alaska! My time there was an incredible experience that shaped my resilience, discipline, and strength. Living and training in such a unique and challenging environment pushed me to grow in ways i never expected.
